Muay Thai Tours

My good friend Nop from MyMuayThai dot Com got in touch with me just over a month ago to explain this new thrilling idea he’s been cooking up for awhile. Since then he has gone through and done all the ground work for the new venture called My Muay Thai Tours!

Basically it’s a Muay Thai Tour through Bangkok Thailand. The groups will be nice and small. A maximum of 9 people for each trip. You’ll get to sleep in comfortable accomodation at night and when morning comes, it’s time to put on the gloves and hit the Muay Thai camps. You’ll have the opportunity to train with the top fighters and trainers that Bangkok has to offer. During downtime you eat authentic Thai grub, enjoy Thai massages, drink beer and watch real muay thai fights at the top stadiums while getting to know your muay thai tour mates. Muay Thai tours isn’t just about coming to thailand to train Muay Thai, it’s about the Muay Thai culture, the fights, the street vendors and being in the mix of it all. It also takes out all the guess work from what gym to go to, where’s the best place for real Thai street food and all the hotspots you want to see on your holiday.

Born in Australia, training in martial arts since the age of 9. My first trip to Thailand was back in 2007. Since then i have made numerous visits back to the "land of smiles" to feed my addiction of Muay Thai. During the month of November in 2010 i had to decide between working a 9 to 5 job back home for the rest of my life, or sell all my worldly possessions and move to Thailand to live and train for the next few years. Thankfully i chose the latter. I now spend my time training Muay Thai, meeting new and interesting circles of people, sipping coconuts under palm trees on the beach and measuring the cost of everything on how much Pad Thai i could buy with that money.
