Holidays Over, Back To Training

After a long break from both blogging and training, I’ve finally returned to Thailand. My home away from home. Got into Bangkok around 7pm at night. Boy was the air thick and heavy. I’m excited to get back into training and becoming a food nazi so i can lose the 4 kgs i put on over the holidays! Will be starting up at Phuket Top Team again to train Muay Thai and plan to be at Sitmonchai Gym In June or July.

There’s a few trainers I’m looking forward to train with. Once i get fit and have more gas in the gas tank i’ll try and get some video of me hitting pads with a few trainers so you can all see how they hold pads over at Phuket Top Team.

After the long journey and endless walking, there’s nothing better to ease the pains in Thailand than a foot massage.

Holidays Over, Back To Training

Born in Australia, training in martial arts since the age of 9. My first trip to Thailand was back in 2007. Since then i have made numerous visits back to the "land of smiles" to feed my addiction of Muay Thai. During the month of November in 2010 i had to decide between working a 9 to 5 job back home for the rest of my life, or sell all my worldly possessions and move to Thailand to live and train for the next few years. Thankfully i chose the latter. I now spend my time training Muay Thai, meeting new and interesting circles of people, sipping coconuts under palm trees on the beach and measuring the cost of everything on how much Pad Thai i could buy with that money.

Glad the website has helped you out. It’s what it’s here for. To document life in Thailand and every now and then give out some free and helpful info for those wanting to train in Thailand.
Hope you have a good time!
